Like in the old forums is there a general member list.
I would use this to email or pm others and go to their websites.
No big deal if it isn't but is this a function with the new software?

josh is thinking about adding it. but currently there is a *minor* problem with adding/editing/modifying the installed userbase.

also the member name link on a post directs you to the user's listed website.

yeah I saw that. I guess that should work. I was just think instead of hunting for a thread where they posted, I could just click the memberlist link and find them easier.

Yeah, there's a problem with the base software for admins, but I hope to add a memberlist for regular users soon. I need to make a sticky thread into a list of things so you guys can make more suggestions.

i've been to the bbpress forums, and it's a litany of whining and requests from people who don't want to add in functionality themselves. i see no mention of any *active* development on the project, though...

Look at their trac, it shows what is being worked on and what will be released with the next release. He mentioned having a new release by December I think, we'll see.

heads up, on the left column, the sections "views" and "online activity" vanish when a user is logged out. can we make that visible to non-logged-in people?

Gonna leave online activity for online users only, but I moved the if statement down so users not logged in can see the members list and hot tags
