Request: Ability to define a default avatar value that every single user will get when they signup until they change it! This will make formatting of the forum much easier on the post.php side!

default avatar = suck, unless it's a transparent 1x1 gif.
I can't say for sure that I completely disagree with you about the default avatar because that can be annoying, but I wasn't recommending it for these forums! Just an option in the plugin itself for others!

Ok I guess it works here but not in my forum, must be the template.
Did you read the readme? It tells you how to adjust your .css file and such.
